MIAMI SPECIALIST PROGRAM

The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau has compiled trainings to specialize in all the Magic City has to offer. In September 2023, I participated in a familiarization tour of the city.

Allianz, the leading provider and my preferred partner for Travel Insurance, partners with the Travel Agent Academy to host training on products, process, and regulatory requirements.

Celebrity Cruise's certification program consists of several hours of training, a yearly re-certification exam, and trainings on new product offerings and policy updates.

pRINCESS CRUISES

Commodore Status is the highest level of certification awarded by Princess Cruises to Travel Advisors who complete several levels of training, including an in-person experience onboard.

TRAVEL AGENT PROFICIENCY - TAP

The TAP Test is a proctored, comprehensive exam hosted by The Travel Institute. To prepare for this exam, I completed 40+ hours of training on multiple relevant topics.
